We guarantee satisfaction with all of the Jeep accessories we sell, and do our best to ensure you're getting products you'll love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order - no hassles. The item(s) must be in a new condition, including original packaging, parts and paperwork. Orders returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a full and prompt refund, excluding any shipping costs. **Its a New Jeep Thing does not accept returns of used items, returns of products noted in the description as non-returnable (such as custom paint-matched products), or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. **International orders may only be exchanged if the item is defective.
